VisionARI is an augmented reality visualization platform that allows you to:

• Upload images and convert them into 3D AR models (USDZ and GLB formats)
• Generate images using AI-powered tools in our AI Studio
• Create Visual Showcases with shareable links and QR codes
• Share and sell content through the Community Marketplace
• Access AR models via our embeddable widget and External API

3. Account Registration

To use VisionARI, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

VisionARI offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Credits purchased are non-refundable and tied to your account
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload to VisionARI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

AR Models

AR models generated from your images are derived works. You retain the right to use, share, and distribute AR models created from your own original content.

AI-Generated Content

Images created through our AI Studio are subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You may use AI-generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable AI provider terms.

Our Platform

The VisionARI platform, including its design, code, branding, and proprietary AR conversion technology, is owned by VisionARI and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Community Marketplace

If you participate in the Community Marketplace:

• You must have the right to share any content you submit
• Submitted content is subject to moderation and approval
• Commission rates apply to sales (30–45% depending on content origin and subscription tier)
• Earnings can be converted to platform credits via the Creator Dashboard
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines

7. External API Usage

Access to the VisionARI External API is subject to:

• Valid API key authentication
• Rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription tier
• Compliance with our API documentation and guidelines
• Not using the API for any unlawful or abusive purpose

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AR conversion technology
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and your content may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

VisionARI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AR models will meet specific quality standards.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionARI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the platform.
